Each book is lovingly made to order. Production usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on order volume. Shipping time is shown at checkout and depends on your region.
Yes — we ship to many countries. International delivery may include customs processing and extra time. Shipping costs and options are displayed at checkout.
Absolutely. Once your order ships we’ll email tracking details. If you don’t receive tracking, contact us with your order number and we’ll help right away.
Easy! Enter your child’s name, choose the boy or girl character, and optionally upload a photo.
Yes — photo upload is optional. Please upload a clear photo of the child’s face (no heavy filters, good lighting). This helps us create a better personalised preview. Photos are used only for your book and held securely.
We use the same story for everyone. You can choose whether the front cover shows our main boy or girl character — the interior story remains the same and is equally for boys and girls.
Because each book is made-to-order, personalised books are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged. Please check spelling and selection carefully before ordering.
We’re sorry! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund if a manufacturing issue caused the damage.
We accept major credit & debit cards, Apple Pay / Google Pay where supported, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely via our checkout provider.
You can request a change or cancellation before production begins. Contact us ASAP with your order number — we’ll let you know if the change is possible.
